Bios:
Jane Pendergrass, Office Manager, has managed Surovell Title and Title Agency since its inception in 2005. Prior to that, Jane managed the office of Central Title Services in Ann Arbor since 1987. She was also a commercial loan officer and branch manager with Comercia Bank, and is a member of the Michigan Land Title Association. |

Meg Lawson, Processor/Closer, joined Surovell from Central Title Service, where she had similar responsibilities examining and processing title commitments and polices. Prior to working at Central Title, she was with Great Lakes Bancorp. |

Dave McKinnon, Closing Agent, has been with Edward Surovell Realtors for seven years. He was the Residential Sales Manager for the Chelsea office. Prior to his affiliation with Surovell Realtors he was a retail store manager with Rider's hobby Shop and Silver's in Ann Arbor. |

Laura Conger comes to Surovell Title after working ten years as a legal assistant for the law firm of Seeligson, DeLoof, Hopper & Dever. Prior to that she worked for Washtenaw County. |

Kathleen Towler has been in the title business since 1992. She began her title career with Central Title Service, working as a closing processor and was promoted to Closing Office Manager. Prior to working at Central Title she was the customer service manager for Freedom Savings and Loan in Largo, Florida. |

Patti Rukkila has spent the last ten years running her own Jazzercise franchise in Washtenaw and Wayne Counties. Prior to that she worked as a Human Resource Coordinator for a software development company and worked eight years in Trust Operations with KeyBank. |

Jeanette Compau comes from Metropolitan Title Company where she worked eight years. She was an account coordinator and worked exclusively with relocation. Prior to working at Metropolitan Title Company, she was with Allen Park Community Credit union for eleven years in the lending department. |
